About cross-border experiences and Festival-Highlights

Eileen started going to festivals when she was 18 years old. The wrists of the 26-year-old blogger are covered with wristbands. She has been on approximately 30 festivals during the past few years. Even though she’s suffering from a festival trauma: She met a “wild urinating man” who seemed to have lost every feeling for his body as well as all of his five senses. But hey, a cross-border experience belongs to every festival. This is her first time at the melt! Festival and Eileen, usually a rocker’s girl, is more interested in festivals such as ‘Rock am Ring’ or ‘Hurricane’. Her idol is Kid Rock. So Rock appears to be more her sort of thing. This time it’s another first for her – instead of spending the night in a tent, she will enjoy the comfort of one of our Festival-Lodges. People grow up and don’t stay young forever. Moreover – she doesn’t have to pay for it. Her boss does. While others may spend the loan of a whole month at a festival, Eileen is getting paid for it. She is one of the reporters for the online ticket platform ‘Stubhub’. We talked with Eileen – after a session of beer pong to get our heads free – about her favorite moments on festivals and her worse experiences.
