The popup hotel rooms for events offer on 6sqm everything you need for a event stay of a long weekend. Thanks to innovative folding technology, the cabins can be transported and setted up efficiently and cost-effectively.

Modern Facilities

Our mobile popup hotel room comes standard with 2 single beds, mattress, bedding, blanket & pillow, power outlet with
USB charger and integrated locker. Each cabin has a small canopy.

Optional add-ons: Mini fridge, shelving/wardrobe, fan/heater, camping chairs, wooden deck. Canopies can optionally be joined together by connectors to form a larger, star-shaped canopy.

Technical data

Our popup shelters are made of insulated side walls and sturdy steel frames. The beds are unfolded from the wall and are directly connected to the shelter. The roof is inflated like an air mattress, providing hollow chambers that provide thermal insulation.
Together with our partners, we have realized over 150 festival glamping camps with over 6,000 guests since 2016 - including at Southside, Hurricane, Wacken Open Air. The demands of guests and staff in the event industry are rising, competition is increasing. Comfortable accommodation for guests and staff at the event location ensures increased turnover through a longer stay, higher loyalty to the event brand and rested, motivated event staff.

With their friendly and bright appearance, Festival Cabins can be wonderfully integrated into a glamping camp with lodges and comfort tents, or can form a self-contained mini camp with a chill-out area in the middle.

Our mobile rental accommodations and event camps are the perfect advertising environment for companies. Brands can present themselves in a unique atmosphere and location. Whether through a brand camp with branded chillout area, as an influencer camp with brand ambassadors or employee camp to accommodate customers, employees and partners - we develop individual event, camp and branding concepts.


We rent the pop-up cabins for 315.00 euros per cabin/per event. In addition to the rental price, there are also logistics (transport) and personnel costs for assembly and dismantling. The costs depend on the location and the duration of the assignment. An event weekend is up to 5 days of use (4 nights). We are happy to offer longer assignments on request. To prepare an offer, we need: company address, location, duration of the assignment, amount of accommodation required, information on the space available on site. For assembly and dismantling, we need access to the installation site for a 40t semi-trailer truck and an all-terrain forklift.
Flexible accommodation solutions sometimes require flexible forms of cooperation. My Molo offers you flexible forms of cooperation that fairly divide success and risk and get the most out of your event.

DRY HIRE: You rent ready-to-move-in accommodation and design your camp individually. We take care of logistics, assembly and dismantling, while you control the price and ticket sales yourself.
FULL SERVICE: You rent the entire camp from us from a single source and put the coordination of the various trades, planning, on-site support and billing in our hands so that you can concentrate fully on other areas.
PROOF OF CONCEPT: You provide us with an area and the basic infrastructure, we take care of marketing and ticketing at your own risk - ideal for trying out a glamping camp for the first time or optimizing existing structures.
