Sway to the music in your lederhosen and dirndl dresses: The Brass Wiesn festival is a special event at which costumes are almost obligatory. Since 2013, lovers of traditional attire gather annually in the Alps to enjoy the fabulous mix of rap and brass music. Vistors who do not want to sleep off their intoxication in a tent at this year's edition of the festival, have the opportunity to cure their hangover in one of our Molos.

Brass Wiesn - between hay bales and Oldtimer Bulldogs

This  peculiar and also unique mixture can be found at the Echinger Lake in the county of  Freising. The brass music festival in Bavaria aquired much popularity among music lovers and festival visitors af all ages. In 2017, 8.000 people visited the festival. Not only the music is of a special kind. Also the whole scenery surrounding the festival is quite witty: make-out sessions underneath the traditional maypole, cruising the area with oldtimer tractors, seething steam engines, Alpine lodges and chilling out between hay bales - only available at Brass Wiesn. In addition visitors can pass fun times with Bavarian beer, funny games and contests. Totally rad!

Brass Wiesn Camping in comfortable My Molo lodges

Instead of spending a night in a tent or in an off-site hotel, it is now possible to choose a third option. For the first time at this year's festival, guests have the possibiity to spend the night in one of our lodges in our cozy My Molo village - sleep like a baby and be on-site at the same time. In addition, the festival offers a caravan site and camping in tents.

Did you know that...

...at Brass Wiesn some of the visitors travel with their tractors? Over time, it became sort of a tradition to bring your so-called Bulldog - extravagantly modified Oldtimers - to the festival.
