You can expect a unique overnight experience in a geodesic DOME comfort tent. Here you spend the night like in a hotel, only in the middle of nature. The DOMES are equipped with 2 freshly made single beds and one double bed, electricity, fully equipped outdoor kitchen, fan, hammock, beanbag, heating, shelf, terrace with chairs, table and parasol.

The Tiny Houses (around 6sqm + 9sqm terrace) are equipped with one extendable double bed (140cm x 200cm), infrared & underfloor heating, ventilation, panoeamic window with lake view and blackout curtain, folding bar table, terrace with table and chairs, self-sufficient water supply with 10 litre water tank, mini kitchen with mobile induction hob, fridge, sink, plates, glasses, coffee cups, small pan, small pot, flute kettle for boiling water, french press coffee pot, wooden chopping board, kitchen knife, can opener, grater, soup ladle, spatula, knife, fork, small spoon, scissors, waiter's knife.

You stay in a Micro Tiny House - sleep upstairs, relax downstairs. The mini house (floor space around 7sqm) with two floors (sleeping area upstairs, accessible via ladder) is equipped with electricity, fridge, wardrobe, night lamp, heating, coffee maker, fan and offers a breathtaking view of the lake. From the sleeping area you have a wonderful view of the lake. The entrance area is equipped with a generous window facade, so that you also have a beautiful view of the lake from there. The wooden terrace is covered with a sun sail and is directly on the shore. Two chairs make breakfast by the water perfect. The sanitary facilities, parking spaces, a scullery with hot plates (for a fee) and the beach with restaurant and kiosk are in the immediate vicinity of your accommodation.
At the camp, you will be welcomed by the host team Roma and Anna, who run the campsite in Schortens with charm and attention to detail. They always have an open ear for you and are always up for a chat.

In 2013, the "Langsamstraße" in Schortens was voted as Germany's most beautiful street. The road, which is over a kilometre long, offers several places to stop for a picnic, to discover and to marvel at. Another popular destination is the former Accum flour mill with its adjoining café. Those who prefer to have a walk will find numerous exciting hiking routes through the idyllic Upjeversche Forst during your vacation in Schortens. Nature lovers will love, for example, the Barkeler Busch with impressive root systems along the lakes - ideally suited as an adventure walk for kids. The south beach in Wilhelmshaven is about 20 minutes away from the camp. Supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity.
The German Naval Museum in Wilhelmshaven presents the development of German military seafaring since 1848. The focus of the museum, which has been in existence since 1998, is on the representation of the German Navy. More Info

In the coastal museum, visitors learn a lot about the eventful history of the city of Wilhelmshaven and life on the coast. Detective intuition is called for in the archaeological reconstruction of the everyday life of the early coastal inhabitants. CHECK-IN
Check-in is possible from 3 pm on the day of arrival. Please register at the campsite information desk (opening hours until 5.30 p.m., for late arrivals please register the next day). You open the door by entering the six-digit numerical code which you have received from us in advance by e-mail.
CHECK-OUT
Check-out is possible on the day of departure until 11.00 a.m. at the latest. Before you leave, please dispose of your rubbish in the rubbish bins provided at the campsite main house and, if possible, move table & chairs into the lodge. Then just close the door (no need to lock it) and have a good journey home.
